This capability is matched with in-house tool manufacturing that ensures tools are precisely matched to part design and material to maintain the highest level of precision.
ENL can mould from 10 – 830 tonnes capacity and up to a 4000 grams shot. With both horizontal and vertical split-feed or conventional, we have the capacity to moold and overmould a huge range of aerospace parts. Post-operations such as CNC machining, ultrasonic welding, printing and kitting are managed completely in-house, therefore ensuring a consistently high-level of quality.
